TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Rolling Live Entertainment
The relationship between ticket buyers / event attendees and the organizer is governed by the following General Terms and Conditions (Terms and Conditions):
- Loss or damage of tickets:
There is no right to a refund or replacement in the event of loss and/or damage to tickets. If you leave the event venue, the ticket generally loses its validity. - Acceptance of regulations:
By purchasing a ticket, you accept the security, access, minimum age, and other organizational rules of the event. In the event of a violation, access to the event may be denied without any right to compensation. - Ticket buyer’s liability:
The ticket buyer is liable to Rolling Live Entertainment for all direct and verifiable damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Any liability for slight negligence is excluded. - Organizer’s liability:
The organizer assumes no liability for damage of any kind, but undertakes to ensure the highest possible level of safety at its events. - Recordings:
Making audio or video recordings with professional equipment is prohibited without express authorization. - Rescheduling or change of venue:
In the event of a date being rescheduled or the venue being changed, the ticket remains valid – regardless of the reason – for the new date or venue. In this case, neither returns nor exchanges are accepted. - Event cancellation:
If the event is cancelled by the organizer or the artist, the face value indicated on the ticket will be refunded, provided that the ticket is returned within 30 days of the original event date, at the same point of sale where it was purchased.
No right to a refund applies if the cancellation is due to force majeure (for example, natural disasters, strikes, bans by authorities or the police, etc.).
Force majeure is deemed to be any event beyond the control of Rolling Live Entertainment that prevents the event from taking place. - Open-air events:
These take place regardless of weather conditions. Bad weather does not give rise to any right to return tickets. - Interruption for technical reasons:
If an event has to be interrupted for technical reasons, it is considered to have taken place if it has run at least up to the intermission/break. - Access for minors:
For health reasons, access is prohibited for children under six years of age. Children and adolescents between 6 and 14 years of age may only enter when accompanied by an adult. In the event of a violation, the organizer assumes no liability for any physical harm. - Use for advertising purposes:
Without the express written authorization of the organizer, it is not permitted to use tickets and/or VIP packages publicly in advertising or prize draws. - Amendment of the Terms and Conditions:
Rolling Live Entertainment reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the Rolling Live Entertainment website and take effect from the time of their publication. - Jurisdiction:
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any dispute between Rolling Live Entertainment and the ticket buyer is the registered office of Rolling Live Entertainment. The organizer reserves the right to take legal action against the buyer at their place of residence. - Additional conditions:
The General Terms and Conditions of Tilater Entertainment also apply.
